Meredith Update 3/7/08

Hey y'all... the first report is a good one! Meredith is out of surgery and from what I understand, everything went as planned. She's in ICU until at least tomorrow and is currently on a ventilator but this is all standard procedure. I'll keep posting updates here as I get them.
