I believe one of Plumberboy's relatives owes me dinner from back in mid-January when I bet her McCain would be the Repub nominee. Too bad I'd have to go to New Hampshire to collect.
PS: NBC News scared me when they broke into Access Hollywood (or whatever tabloid show was on in the background) to announce this news. I thought Buckwheat had been shot or something. ("Hey Mr. Wheat!")

So no takers on "Buckwheat's been shot"? Now I KNOW my dear friend Tori is not secretly reading this blog because that would have been enough to de-lurk her. I still can't believe no one wanted to pay homage to Buckwheat, though. Sniff, sniff. :(
Sorry - I fell behind in my commenting. Captain has been in my lap SO much lately (4 molars coming in, 2 have cut through...we're having some rough moments) that I just haven't been able to respond in my usual timely fashion.
I, personally, LOVE "Buckwheat's been shot!" A true classic...showed it to the kids not too long ago. I believe it was because we heard "Three times a lady" on the radio and I started singing the BW version...then came a youtube search...you see where it went...
